Christian Light's 46th annual Fall Workshop program and itinerary

Every winter, Faith Builders offers classes during a five-week term. The courses offered are focused on Bible, theology, Kingdom living, and music. This five-week term offers courses and schedules to serve a wide variety of students, from young people seeking spiritual growth and practical teaching to seasoned pastors seeking refreshment and encouragement. Students can attend for two, three, or five weeks. Winter Term includes courses to challenge and deepen your faith and equip you to serve your church better, whatever your phase or direction in life.

The vitality of our schools depends, among other things, on good administration. Since 2010, the Administrators Conference and Retreat has served Anabaptist communities by helping administrators build vision for their schools and become effective leaders. The keynote speaker for ACR 2027 will be Merle Burkholder.  His sessions will draw on Psalm 1 to reflect on the life of the leader, both privately and publicly.

Lord willing, the 2027 Conservative Anabaptist School Board Institute will be held on Friday, March 5 and Saturday, March 6 near Lebanon, Pennsylvania.

EACH is a biennial convention of conservative Anabaptist ministries held every other March hosted by Faith Builders. This gathering serves to connect the ministries with each other and with their supporting communities. The first day of the event focuses on equipping personnel who are already serving in ministries around the world; the second day introduces attendees to opportunities for service and to the skills needed for effective ministry work. REACH includes main sessions, a range of breakout session topics, ministry focus sessions, a ministry display hall, and an opportunity to spend time connecting with new and old friends.

Every summer, Faith Builders operates a five-week term designed to prepare and equip teachers in K-12 settings. Good teachers are always learning and growing, increasing their knowledge and skills as teachers while developing wisdom and character as persons. Summer Term provides an opportunity for teachers to invest in both dimensions of growth. Many teachers have found that the challenge and discipline of Summer Term courses have increased their effectiveness as teachers. Many schools are encouraging that investment by offering financial support to teachers attending Summer Term at Faith Builders.

College education can be an opportunity for Christians to learn more about the creation of God and interact with people from a variety of backgrounds and beliefs. At the same time, this opportunity comes with a unique set of challenges socially, spiritually, and intellectually. For example, conservative Anabaptist college students are often a minority in both their churches and colleges.
